The reason I have chosen this presentation in relation to UX/UL design is that it describes the importance of superior design for successful campaigns.
First the speaker reveals the percentage of companies who do not pay much attention to Design of their companies' content.
Although useful design is good for business.
So many companies fail to succeed because they fail in advancing their design practice, which means they fail in great user research meaning they fail in knowing their audience which means they cannot produce 100 percent products for their targeted customers.
The reason behind it 43 presents of organisations do not have an easy-to-follow process to make design based on feedback.
How do you advance Design in organisations?
The team who oversees Design for your company should be:
- Be fluent in the language that company uses
- Translate the business challenges to the design team
- Be familiar with measure tools like engagement and satisfaction of your team, revenue, conversion, active users, customer's satisfaction.
- To keep the process going you should:
- Govern your team accordingly
- Creating a destination workplace and an environment where the team can make their best work
- If the work process is well organised, it inspires your team which leads to great outcomes when designing content and applying it on practice and great content designed according to UL/UX rules leads to customer satisfaction
Diversity of approach, background, culture leads to look at things differently and it brings better outcomes
The part where the speaker discussed the importance to be up to date with all the advanced designed trends and how to organise that all your team members are encouraged to participate in different events that can bring new experience, latest trends, innovative ideas, and fresh solutions to your future projects.
Basically, I made a conclusion that a well organised and easy to follow Design process within your company leads to many successful projects and successful projects bring fantastic user experience to your clients. In other words, great user experience is not possible to happen with a brilliant design team.
