Introduction to a Future Creative Media Specialist.

Hi,My name is Svetlana and welcome to my Multimedia development blog. I am from Moscow, Russia, but have been living in Ireland for the last 20 years. Studying at The Third Level was always my dream, but I had to wait for the right moment. My son was a professional tennis player and It was a full time job for me, so I said to myself, when I am free , I am studying and here I am in TU Dublin and I love it. Hope you will enjoy my blog and I will learn how to do it properly.

I am a very creative person and have lots of hobbies, not sure whether it is a good or bad thing ;) My main hobby is learning new things, that is probably why CDM was my choice. I love photography and believe I am pretty good at this.
I do commercial photoshoots from time to time and love working with models and creative make-up artists.

Web design and everything connected to it as well are my favourite things. Last year I opened the whole world of coding and before I would never even think how much I was going to fall in love with it. So I hope to continue hard work this year and wish myself to. be strong ;)

I love skiing and 2 years ago I tried free ride, hope to continue it this year as we finally can travel.
So as you see Challenge is my adrenalin and It is difficult for me and I am not always as good as I would love to. be but the main thing that I am not giving up.

I love people and If anybody feels down or a bit desperate I know how to help and what words to find , I went through a lot in my life before i can say that I am an absolutely happy person.

Wish all my classmates a very Happy Academic Year !!!

It's so cool that your son was a pro tennis player! I wish I had the fitness to do that but I can barely last playing table tennis.. I've always wanted to go skiing so it's really cool that you're into that. Where have you gone skiing before?

  11. Hi Svetlana, Web dev is also one of my favourite things I find it fun and very accomplishing when you create a website that was designed only by you and you can call it your own haha it feels great. Getting an adrenaline rush is awesome I know what you mean its a great feeling and a challenging one at that.

  12. Hey Svetlana,
That's so cool that your son was a professional tennis player, he must've been really good to go pro.
I'm not that great at Web Dev so I don't like it as much as the other modules but it's great that you find joy in it!
I've never been skiing but have always wanted to try!
I've loved learning a bit more about you,
    see you around :)

  13. Hi Svetlana, it's Chris
I didn't know your son was a professional tennis player that's such an achievement. I was really good at web dev too and found it easy.
I did try skiing before with my secondary school in Italy and even though I never did it before, I think I learned a decent bit, considering my ski instructor couldn't speak English.
    Hope to see you around

  15. Hi Svetlana,

Wow! first off congrats to your son, thats an amazing achievement to become a professional tennis player. Moscow is a beautiful city, its actually one of the many places I hope to visit one day. Having a hobby of learning new things is never a bad thing. Keeps the mind active. I have never tried skiing my self, hopefully one day I will get to try it out, looks really fun.
